Awful water pressure in the shower.

Lovely rain shower, well-appointed property, clean environment
The check-in experience lacked warmth!!! Charging for Wi-Fi in this age feels outdated, along with the unreliable Bose speaker in the room that only rebooted endlessly.

First off, accessing in-room dining proved to be a hassle. multiple calls without answers and a subsequent delivery of subpar food didn’t help. The wine service also missed the mark, with a clumsy pouring process and inattentive staff. Additionally, the first morning's cleaning staff entered unannounced while my partner was changing, which is a bit off-putting. Lastly, the key cards malfunctioned repeatedly throughout the stay, leading to unnecessary trips to reception.

I stayed in the Superior King Room and it was super comfy. The bed was really nice and cozy. The room was spacious and clean. The layout was modern and everything worked well, especially the shower. There were some neat extras like slippers and a robe. The only thing was the view didn’t wow me, but overall, I had a really good experience in the room.

I had the most delightful stay! The serene atmosphere made it a true escape, while my Classic Queen Room was fabulously decorated with a bed that felt like clouds. Plus, the staff surprised me with a little birthday treat—how sweet is that?

Just a good pick for a swift visit in Wellington with extraordinarily good value for money. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Ask for a room on a higher floor for better views.
